Sam Charbel joins Wingstars to oversee the commercial side of the business with responsibilities focused on market trends. He also assists with the commercial strategies and supports onboarding new clients and retaining and strengthening the relationship for existing customers.

​

As a results-driven and people-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in various industries, Sam is known for being skilled at creating and executing comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies and maximize employee engagement. He holds a consistent track record of quality, productivity, and customer service excellence.

Sam is a self-motivated leader with excellent business acumen, relationship building and an innovative mindset. Proven success in developing and aligning both growth and cost initiatives with business goals.

Previously, Sam was an integral part in the implementation of the first recycling project in Canada that encompassed two international Canadian airports. He also served on many airport committees facilitating the relationships between airport authorities, airlines, ground handlers and other airport related service providers to ensure that the community is moving forward jointly to differentiate themselves in the ever-competitive aviation landscape.

Sam holds a Master of Business degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
