At Wingstars, safety, health and quality are of the upmost importance. Our motto “Safety Doesn’t Take a Day Off” permeates all aspects of our business.
One of the key components to manage safety in aviation is an Aviation Safety Management System (AvSMS). Wingstars has developed and implemented an AvSMS that is conformant to applicable FAA, IATA, ICAO, SAE and Transport Canada requirements and guidelines. The Wingstars AvSMS is a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountabilities, policies, and procedures.
The Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Program is intended to prevent or reduce workplace injuries and occupational illnesses and to promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of every team member within the workplace.
The Quality Management System (QMS) satisfies the internal management needs of the organization, individual Customer requirements, and regulatory and applicable industry requirements. The QMS is designed to conform to IATA AHM 615, ISO 9001, SAE AS6332 and other applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
