At Wingstars, our commitment to our customers is that our services will meet or exceed regulatory, customer and industry requirements. Wingstars systems, programs, manuals, procedures, and policies are developed and maintained by industry subject matter experts, using applicable regulations, industry requirements and best practices.

Learning & Development

Wingstars training and qualification programs are developed, maintained, and facilitated by industry subject matter experts, in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines, industry requirements and best practices

Training

Training is conducted and performed under the oversight of trained and qualified personnel. Training is conducted in accordance with regulatory and company policies and procedures inclusive of initial and recurrent training.

The following instructional methods are used to deliver theoretical and/or practical instruction:

Instructor led training

Virtual instructor led training 

eLearning

Blended training

Mentoring 

Simulators  (where available)

On-the-job training (OJT)

At Wingstars, a four-phase cycle is utilized to ensure the quality and efficacy of the training and qualification process.

Learning and development is a continuous process, it does not end once you have completed the minimum mandatory/regulatory training requirements and obtained a certificate, it is an ongoing process. Wingstars believes in and actively promotes continuous learning.
