Jay ElKhoury


Jay brings over 20 years of experience in the airline and deicing industries. His love and deep passion for the industry led him to spearhead the Boston de-icing station, where his customer service experience allowed him to grow the station’s clientele from one to sixteen in 6 years. His fierce desire to succeed makes him an important figure in Wingstars’ future growth.

Jay began his career with Northwest Airlink (Mesaba Airlines) / Delta Connection as an Operations Manager at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport where he spent nearly 11 years before taking on a greater responsibility at the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) in 2006 as the Customer Service Manager with US Airways/American Airlines. His career path for the next 10 years led him to hold various critical operational positions within the group of airlines.

Jay’s focus shifted to the service provider side of the business from 2016 until 2022 where he successfully managed and expanded the deicing operations as the General Manager for Aero Mag 2000 in BOS.

His attention to detail and dedication to aviation safety have always been a point of praise during station audits. He is customer-centric, solutions-driven, and demonstrates a natural ability to lead, and always by example

Jay brings his sense of fairness and positivity to Wingstars, and believes in exceeding expectations wherever possible, without compromising safety.
